To ensure the highest quality experience and comply with licensing requirements, no outside food or beverages are permitted for private events. All catering must be provided by our in-house catering program. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served exclusively by our venue. Our catering team offers custom menus, appetizers, small plates, buffets, plated dinners, desserts, and specialty event packages.

Additional Rental Policies
- A signed Venue Rental Agreement is required to reserve an event date.
- Rental fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.
- All damages caused by the Client, guests, or vendors are the responsibility of the Client.
- Additional cleaning, trash removal, or overtime charges may be assessed if necessary.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice unless a signed agreement has been executed.

Pop-Up Restaurant Program
We partner with local chefs, restaurants, food trucks, and culinary entrepreneurs to offer exclusive pop-up dining experiences.
Venue Fee
$2,000 venue rental fee — 24-hour exclusive patio access
Food Sales Split
Vendors receive 80% of all food sales. The venue retains 20% to cover processing, staffing, marketing, and facility use.
Our venue exclusively manages all alcohol service and retains 100% of alcohol sales.

Vendor Requirements
- Maintain all required business licenses and health department approvals
